Spicy Thai Salad

Spicy Thai Salad

(modified from Boiler Room's Duffy Monster)

Ingredients
  • Spinach
  • Arugula
  • Red Cabbage (chiffonade)
  • Bean Sprouts
  • Serrano Chile (sliced and quartered)
  • Cilantro
  • Carrots (julienne)
  • Optional: unsalted peanuts halved
  • Dressing: ~2/3 Thai Peanut Sauce; 1/3 Asian Sesame Dressing (Briannas)

Directions

Pretty self explanatory by this point.  It's a salad.

Notes

This is also yummy as a lettuce wrap, especially with Hoison/Peanut sauce-marinated chicken strips.
